Country Sales Manager - Generics
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the Canadian sales strategy for the generics portfolio
- Manage and grow relationships with pharmacies, wholesalers, and distributors across all Canadian provinces
- Drive revenue growth, market penetration, and portfolio expansion
- Negotiate commercial agreements and manage key national and regional accounts
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
- Build, lead, and develop the Canadian sales organization
- Collaborate closely with global commercial and supply chain teams
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven sales leadership experience within the generics pharmaceutical market
- Strong understanding of the Canadian pharmacy, wholesaler, and distributor landscape
- Demonstrated track record of driving growth and managing key accounts
- Experience working with national and provincial market dynamics
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
