Country Sales Manager - Generics

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute the Canadian sales strategy for the generics portfolio
  • Manage and grow relationships with pharmacies, wholesalers, and distributors across all Canadian provinces
  • Drive revenue growth, market penetration, and portfolio expansion
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and manage key national and regional accounts
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
  • Build, lead, and develop the Canadian sales organization
  • Collaborate closely with global commercial and supply chain teams


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven sales leadership experience within the generics pharmaceutical market
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian pharmacy, wholesaler, and distributor landscape
  • Demonstrated track record of driving growth and managing key accounts
  • Experience working with national and provincial market dynamics
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
