Project Manager - Integrated Drug Discovery

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end client projects across integrated drug discovery and ADC development
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and delivery against timelines
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including chemistry, biology, analytics, and manufacturing
• Track project scope, budgets, milestones, and risks
• Support technology transfer and scale-up activities into the ADC manufacturing facility
• Ensure projects are delivered to high scientific and quality standards

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within drug discovery, CRDMO, or CDMO environments
• Strong understanding of integrated drug discovery workflows; ADC experience is a plus
• Experience working with multidisciplinary scientific teams
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Based in France; fluency in English required (French strongly preferred)
