What You’ll Do:

  • Drive revenue by meeting or exceeding annual sales goals

  • Build strong pipelines by identifying new clients and expanding work with current accounts

  • Deliver client proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts monthly, quarterly, and annually

  • Support client visits to international manufacturing facilities

  • Maintain CRM entries and share regular progress reports

  • Represent the company at global trade shows and industry events

  • Work closely with project managers, marketing, and commercial leadership to share market insights

  • Coach junior team members and contribute to a high-performing commercial team

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a science or technical-related field

  • At least 3 years of sales experience in a CDMO environment (drug substance or drug product); peptide background is a plus

  • A hunter mentality with a results-driven attitude

  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

  • Knowledge of the CMC process for peptides is an advantage

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and team-first approach
