What You’ll Do:
Drive revenue by meeting or exceeding annual sales goals
Build strong pipelines by identifying new clients and expanding work with current accounts
Deliver client proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
Provide accurate sales forecasts monthly, quarterly, and annually
Support client visits to international manufacturing facilities
Maintain CRM entries and share regular progress reports
Represent the company at global trade shows and industry events
Work closely with project managers, marketing, and commercial leadership to share market insights
Coach junior team members and contribute to a high-performing commercial team
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in a science or technical-related field
At least 3 years of sales experience in a CDMO environment (drug substance or drug product); peptide background is a plus
A hunter mentality with a results-driven attitude
Willingness to travel up to 50%
Knowledge of the CMC process for peptides is an advantage
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills and team-first approach
