  • 8+ years of experience in business development within the pharmaceutical, fine chemicals, or custom synthesis sectors.
  • Deep understanding of raw materials, RSMs, chemical intermediates, and pharma manufacturing processes.
  • Familiarity with West Coast markets and an existing client network in the region is highly advantageous.

Skills:

  • Strong commercial instincts with a consultative approach to selling complex technical products.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to independently manage sales pipelines, client communications, and project coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills and a self-driven, goal-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel frequently throughout the West Coast region to build and maintain client relationships.

What’s on Offer:

  • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
  • Opportunity to lead business growth in a high-demand niche within pharmaceutical supply chains.
  • A flexible, entrepreneurial environment with autonomy and support to scale business in your region.
