Associate Director of Sales - Generics

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the UK sales strategy for the generics portfolio
  • Build and manage relationships with UK wholesalers, distributors, and key pharmacy groups
  • Drive revenue growth, market access, and portfolio uptake
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and manage key national and regional accounts
  • Monitor pricing, tender activity, and competitor dynamics
  • Support and develop the UK sales team
  • Collaborate closely with global commercial and supply chain teams


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven sales experience within the UK generics pharmaceutical market
  • Strong understanding of UK wholesaler, distributor, and pharmacy channels
  • Track record of delivering revenue growth and managing key accounts
  • Experience navigating pricing, tenders, and reimbursement dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
