Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Craft and execute growth-focused sales strategies aligned with broader company objectives.
- Revenue Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing client partnerships.
- Sales Forecasting & KPIs: Monitor team metrics and provide insights that drive continuous performance improvements.
- Deal Closure Leadership: Lead negotiations and contract finalization, ensuring high-value conversions.
- Strategic Partnerships: Forge and maintain strategic alliances to unlock new markets and revenue channels.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze industry trends and customer pain points to refine go-to-market approaches.
- Sales Process Improvement: Streamline workflows and embed best practices to optimize sales efficiency.
- Risk Mitigation: Anticipate challenges from market dynamics and competitors; adjust strategy accordingly.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8–10 years of progressive sales experience, particularly in consulting or professional services tied to industrial or manufacturing sectors.
- Proven track record of client acquisition and strategic business development, ideally with Fortune 1000 or enterprise accounts.
- Experience leading sales teams and scaling commercial efforts in new regions.
- Exceptional communication and executive-level presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics 365) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar; MBA preferred.
