An established Small Molecule CRDMO is seeking a commercially driven Director of Business Development to support continued growth across North America. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a business with an excellent scientific reputation and ambitious expansion plans.


Key Responsibilities

  • Win new pharmaceutical and biotech clients
  • Build strategic customer relationships
  • Develop a strong business development pipeline
  • Represent the company at industry conferences
  • Work closely with scientific and operational teams


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong network within biotech and pharmaceutical companies
  • Experience selling CDMO or CRO services
  • Proven track record in business development
  • Excellent commercial and negotiation skills
