Head of Business Development - Integrated Drug Discovery
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the European business development strategy for integrated drug discovery services
- Build and expand relationships with biotech and pharma clients across Europe
- Sell end-to-end CRDMO offerings spanning discovery through early development
- Manage complex deal structures and negotiate strategic partnerships
- Work closely with scientific and operational teams to shape tailored client solutions
- Represent the company at key industry conferences and partnering events
- Provide market insight to support strategic and pipeline growth
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven track record in business development within integrated drug discovery CRDMO services
- Strong experience selling discovery-led, multi-disciplinary service offerings
- Established European network across biotech and pharma
- Demonstrated success closing complex, high-value deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Based in the UK; willingness to travel across Europe
